3- Use AI to write messages. Combine AI with the data in your table to deliver a personalized sequence to every prospect.

[ ] 1: Click on “Enrich Data” and search for ****“enrich company.” Use the LinkedIn integration to find company description.
[ ] 2: Click on “Enrich Data” and search for “tech stack.” Use PredictLeads to find if the companies use Salesforce or Hubspot. (Hint: Add Hubspot and Salesforce to “Technology Names.”)
[ ] 3: Search for “company website.” Use the Clay scraper to scrape each company’s website.
[ ] 4: Search for “ChatGPT.” Click on “Templates” and search for “B2B.” Based on the LinkedIn company description, ask ChatGPT to return whether the company is B2B or B2C.
[ ] 5: Click to “Add View.” Click on “Filter” to include only companies who are B2B and use Salesforce or Hubspot.
[ ] 6: Score your leads based on keywords. In “Enrich Data,” click on “Score Row.” Score companies whose description contains the words “cloud,” “AI,” or “HR” by adding these words to “scoring criteria.”
[ ] 1: Click on Find People. Filter to people who meet the following criteria. Titles: Sales, BDR, SDR, AE. Location: United States. Limit: 100 results.
[ ] 2: Go back to “Enrich Data” and search for “Enrich Person from LinkedIn Profile.” Enrich each person with their college, first job after college, and location.
[ ] 3: Search for “work email” and find each person’s work email.
[ ] 1: Click on “Enrich Data” and search for “ChatGPT.” Click on “Templates” and search “Company Mission” to use this template to summarize company’s mission. Use “Run Settings” to only run the column if a work email has been found.
[ ] 2: Use ChatGPT to write an entire email using the following prompt.
Use the first name, company mission, and company name inputs to write a cold outbound email that follows the format outlined below. The first name input is [First name]. The company mission input is [Company mission]. The company name input is [Company name].
Follow this format exactly. Do not use any quotation marks.
Hi [First name], [Company mission]. Thought you’d be a good person to chat with about automating the boring work that comes with your job at [Company Name] - like writing these emails!”
