Together, Sources and Buttons form the key ways to get data into and out of Clay.

• Sources. Clay Sources get your data into Clay either through webhooks (like website signups, Twitter mentions, Typeform responses), data scraped from the internet using our Chrome Extension, or a good and simple CSV.

• Buttons. Let's keep it all in sync! Buttons help you do two key things in Clay: (1) syncing your existing systems by cross checking prospects and/or pushing new ones to your tooling, (2) running updates of actions on a schedule to keep your data up to date.
