PhantomBuster is pretty nifty product that allows you to scrape profiles and search results across products like Linkedin, Sales Navigator, Instagram and more. This guide will walk through how to integrate your PhantomBuster account with Clay.

Note that Clay's PhantomBuster integration is set up into two different actions: Pull Data, and Push Data.

1. Authentication

For both actions, you'll need an API key to authenticate into your PhantomBuster integration. To obtain such a key, simply navigate to your PhantomBuster's org settings, and click "Add third party API key" at the bottom.

2. Pull Data

Use this action if you already have an agent that has already run, and simply want to pull in the extracted data from that agent. Let's look at an example.

Here, the LinkedIn Search Export agent has already run, and in this use case we want to pull in the result of the execution.

A. Inputs. The Pull Data action has the following inputs:

• Agent ID: get this value by clicking the three dots at the upper right hand corner of the agent page, and clicking the "API" option. The Agent ID is the parameter specified under "id".

  

  Here, we can see the ID is 8520058985982323

  • Only Fetch Latest Container: turn on this option if you only want to fetch the latest run (container) of your agent.
  • Only Fetch Specified Container ID: input a value here if you want to fetch a specific run (container) of your agent.

B. Output. And that's it! Once you run your action, you'll receive the extracted data in list format.
