You can make sure your data stays up to date by syncing or export data from Clay in four ways:
- Cross check your system of record. Look up any record in your existing database (Salesforce, Outreach, Airtable, etc) by adding the tool as an Action and selecting the field to cross check.
- Push to your system of record. Add leads into your existing database (Hubspot, Mailchimp, Postgres, etc) individually or automatically, by adding the tool as an Action.
- Notify and act from Slack. If you (like many) do most of your work from Slack, send custom notifications to Slack and push to your tooling from there using the Slack Notification action.
- Export CSV. Hit the export CSV button to send a full table or select filtered/sorted views straight to your email for download.
