When you’re using any clay enrich actions that enrich based on LinkedIn Profile, you might find that 15-25% of your contacts get name, but not title, company, or **other important variables. If you open any of these LinkedIn URLs in incognito mode, you’ll see that the profile is semi-private, meaning that not all information is publicly available. In order to stay compliant with LinkedIn guidelines, Clay can only collect publicly available LinkedIn data.

**Phantombuster** is a scraping tool that uses your LinkedIn cookie session data to mimic user behavior and scrape LinkedIn data as if you were manually copy/pasting from within your account.
