This guide details how to add a Quick Action "Launch Enrichment" to the layout of any object in Salesforce. This action allows users to trigger the enrichment process directly from the record page.

Prerequisite

• If the object is not a Lead, Account, or Contact, you will need to manually create the quick action. Follow the guide here to do so:

Steps

1. Navigate to the Object Manager:
   • Go to Setup in Salesforce.
   • Enter Object Manager in the Quick Find box and select it.
   • Select the object you want to add the action to (e.g., Custom Object).
2. Add the Action to the Layout:
   • In the Object Manager, go to Page Layouts.
   • Click Edit next to the layout you want to modify.
   • Drag the Launch Enrichment action from the Mobile & Lightning Actions section into the Salesforce Mobile and Lightning Experience Actions area.
   • Click Save.
3. Verify the Quick Action:
   • Navigate to any record of the object.
   • The Launch Enrichment action should be available as a button in the record page actions.

If users do not see the Launch Enrichment button, enable the "Flow User" permission on the Salesforce user detail page, or assign the "Run Flows" permission for the user's profile.
